What a treat, a Rosé made only with Grand and Premier Cru fruit and produced in the rare and tricky form of maceration! Add to this 5-6 years of bottle aged and you will be blessed with a harmonious whirl of baked strawberry, caramel and rhubarb.
Don’t expect much bubble as this has dissipated over time, the bubbles are indeed fine. Flavours of blood orange, apricot and delicate red fruit flood the palate with waves of creamy-mineral deliciousness.
