Here is the Carte d'Or. The excellent starting point of champagne made at this historic and yet progressive Maison.
The colours are intense deep yellow with shiny golden hues. The nose is open, fruit-driven and expressive that lead into citrus and grapefruit plus some hazelnut and brioche complexity.
The texture is silken, soft and moreish. It has roundness to the palate with a refreshing crispness bringing everything back into focus. Finally we complete the journey with a little spice and honeyed notes.
This is quality champagne at an excellent price point.
