- Iconic champagne known the world over this is the Vintage 2010
- 8 years ageing in Dom Pérignon cellars
- Emperor's Luxury Gift Wrapping and handwritten note
After a long journey in the cellar, it is advised that you allow this to spend some time in the glass to allow it to open up. On the nose, whilst it starts with stone and tropical fruit notes - mango, peach and pineapple, it then leaves room to floral notes - jasmine, peony and lilac. Give it some time to open up.
On the palate, a generous, full-bodied wine with spices and pepper. We love the brioche notes due to the extra-ageing. The energy is sustained to a scintillating, saline finish. Brilliant.
