- Aged 10 years in the cellar and coming from the warm and generous 2009 year
- The best of their fruit and only the 7th vintage made of this wine
- Great value for vintage champagne, pair with Seared scallops and salted butter
Deep gold in colour with tints of straw. Subtle and elegant aromas of white peaches and citrus zest, followed by light brioche notes.
Fresh on opening and the palate evolves displaying citrus notes and then moving to more intense aromas of dried fruit and pastry.
A wine to enjoy now but can rest in the cellar to develop in complexity and intensity.
