In 2012 the high number of sunny days in July foreshadowed and exceptional harvest. A limited number of grapes were kept to each vine, allowing for the exceptional ripening.
"Some flinty aromas on the nose of this pale yellow coloured wine. Bruised apple, cinnamon toast and lemon curd aromas join with the smoky minerality in the mouth, sustained and lifted by the lively mousse. Character, the richness is held in check by refinement and elegance with a lip-smacking citrus acidity freshening the finish.
This is a vintage champagne that can be enjoyed now or cellared for further development.
Dosage: 8g/L. Aged on lees for 6 years. 100% Chardonnay
