The Brute Moustache cuvée, crafted by Alexandre Cornot and Charles-Antoine Crête, tells the story of an adventure that began in 2019. Alexandre, founding President of Brimoncourt, while traveling to Canada, falls in love with the creative and tasty cuisine of the talented founder and chef of Montreal Plaza. Charles-Antoine then suggested they create a cuvée together. Alexandre accepts but on one condition: That the cuvée goes wonderfully with the chef’s recipes he has tasted; Tuna Tartare, Braised Beef shoulder or Whelk with Miso Butter.
The first edition of Brute Moustache was then released the same year. It was supposed to be marketed only in Canada, but, unsurprisingly, the Brute Moustache was highly popular and quickly sold out in Canada. Now, Alexandre and Charles-Antoine renew their association for the second edition of the Brute Moustache, this time available everywhere.
The Brute Moustache is the physical representation of a budding friendship and marks the support of Brimoncourt in favour of the continued research and fight against men's health issues, such as cancer and suicide.
