The Pinot Noir is well-structured and subdued in this beautifully balanced vintage. Grapes grown on the gentle, north-exposed slopes of Verzy and Verzenay are delicate and intensely aromatic, while the south-facing grapes sourced in the Grand Cru vineyards of Aÿ, Bouzy and Ambonnay reveal structure and spice.

The alliance of these diverse terroirs yields a perfectly balanced cuvée combining tension, feathery-light structure and a long winding finish.

Embedded in its region and uniting a whopping 4,500 wine growers, Nicolas Feuillatte is the largest wine-growers’ (vignerons) Champagne brand. The Brut NV is the number one selling brand in France and has been for the last three years. The brand is the third largest globally.

At 40 years of age the Nicolas Feuillatte brand is also the youngest of the great Champagne houses. This youth allows the house to put forward a new vision of luxury: they believe that luxury is not about social status, but about elegance and attitude, emotion and pleasure, the appreciation of the good and the beautiful.

100% Pinot Noir and aged 8 years on lees.

Would pair with seared duck breast and red fruit sauce and greens, or Venison if in season.
