Music plays a role in the aging of the wines as well—Loriot believes that its vibrations make a positive contribution to the texture and finesse of the wine as it ages, and he has installed speakers throughout his cellars. Along with the rebranding, he has renamed all of his cuvées as well, and the new collection comprises eight champagnes, grouped into three categories: Les Classiques, Les Mutines and Les Virtuoses.\" Peter Liem\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Apollonis","offers":[{"title":"Single","offer_id":31647609585773,"sku":"APOLLONIS_BDN","price":89.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1922\/1617\/products\/ApollonisAuthenticMeunierBlancdeNoirs.jpg?v=1655856862"},{"product_id":"billecart-salmon-brut-sous-bois","title":"Billecart-Salmon Brut Sous Bois","description":"","brand":"Billecart-Salmon","offers":[{"title":"Single","offer_id":47584326680851,"sku":"BILLE_SOUS_BOIS","price":161.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1922\/1617\/files\/BillecartSalmon-SousBois.jpg?v=1700026828"},{"product_id":"leclerc-briant-rose-extra-brut","title":"Leclerc Briant Rose Extra Brut","description":"","brand":"Leclerc Briant","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50066084888851,"sku":"","price":144.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1922\/1617\/files\/LECLERC_BRIANT_ROSE.jpg?v=1789364422"},{"product_id":"champagne-mouzon-leroux-latavique-tradition-nv","title":"Mouzon Leroux L'atavique Tradition NV","description":"","brand":"Mouzon-Leroux","offers":[{"title":"750ml","offer_id":52436783300883,"sku":null,"price":116.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1922\/1617\/files\/ChampagneMouzonLerouxL_ataviqueTraditionNV.jpg?v=1759370243"},{"product_id":"laherte-freres-rose-de-meunier-extra-brut","title":"Laherte Freres Rosé de Meunier Extra Brut","description":"","brand":"Laherte Frères","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":52654368719123,"sku":null,"price":125.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1922\/1617\/files\/LaherteFrereRose_768x_77f5cf15-c423-4505-875e-df7d9b79a542_1.jpg?v=1788146384"},{"product_id":"champagne-vincent-brochet-b-s-a-premier-cru-brut","title":"Champagne Vincent Brochet B.S.A.
