Using a base of the 2012 vintage with the rest coming from 2010 reserves. Geoffroy uses a majority of the pinot's (50% meunier and 30% noir) which take charge in this cuvée, showing red delicious apple, black bramble fruits and soft plummy fruit.
The palate is juicy, generous with a filling mouthfeel and refreshing acidity on the finish from a combination of that Cumières terroir and no malolactic fermentation. This accounts for about half of Geoffroy's production which sits around 65,000 bottles.
